It’s the end of the night, and you’re hot and sweaty. Or, you think you’re not hot and sweaty. Either way, take a shower once you get home. You’re gonna feel groggy in the morning, so if you can make yourself feel a bit better, it’s typically best to do so. Taking a shower once the night is over will translate to feeling better once you wake up. But, if you think you feel fine, at least wash off with a washcloth. You may not feel it now, but you’ll feel so much better the next morning than you would otherwise.
