Sincere Engineer is a four piece pop punk band from Chicago. They were started by Deanna Belos and have three albums out as of writting this. They bring a raw quality that is much appreciated and kinda laid back to the scene.
Deanna’s vocals have a very emotive quality to the genre. The instrumentals blend well together and produce a fun sound. I have a copy of their album, Cheap Grills and it’s a fun summer album to drive around listening to.
One interesting thing about this band live (which occured at least once) is the corn dog mosh pit. It’s a unique flavor to the band, and I hope it happens more often. If you’re looking to add another pop punk band to your playlist, check out Sincere Engineer!
